BELL PEPPER CRUDITÉ WITH TAHINI DILL DIP (Start of Summer Guide)

Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 tbsp tahini
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill 1–2 tbsp warm water Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Blend tahini, lemon juice, dill, salt, and enough warm water to thin to a dip. Serve with fresh pepper slices.
